HELP 96 with 5.0

I have a 96 f150 with the 5.0, i took it to the *** city mud boggs on Saturday, i ended up getting stuck and having to have a dodge pull me out, yes a dodge... he ended up having to yank me real hard and it, killed my truck, and i couldn't get it back started, and im now getting very weak spark if any, with starting fluid i can get it to start for a few seconds, then it will die. what could this problem be? thanks

Probably tripped the inertia switch on the firewall near the steering column. Just push the white tab back down, and see if it starts.
