2004 F150 cranks but no start

Need a liitle more help if anyone can. I was able to find a set of rebuilt heads with cams for 600 for the set so I decided to rebuild what I have. Does anyone know of the best place to buy parts for these engines at a decent price. I want to replace the solinoids and cam phasers in the heads with new. When I pulled the crank the #7-8 rod journals look a little rough, they mic out OK but I'am going to send it to the machine shop to get it checked. When I looked up bearings for this motor I found clevite bearings in .010, .020 or .030 undersizes. According to the Mitchell manual you are supposed to use the number off of the block and crank to get the right grade bearing, I don't understand what they mean by this, clevite makes no mention of it.

Well I finally got it put back together and in yesterday, got a problem already. I bought a set of reman heads that cam with the cams installed, used new oilpump, new cam phasers and solenoids, motorcraft synthetic 5w-20 oil and motorcraft filter. It runs perfect at a idle but when it is warmed up I can rev the motor and it will start running rough and make a lot of mechanical noise. I have a snap on solus and I'am getting code p022 which is for the vct solenoid on bank 2 and under the data you can watch that cam retard up to 48 degrees when it runs rough. I plan to swap the solenoids today to see if I got a bad one or if I can figure out how to use the solus to graph the solenoid movement I'll do that. This is for sure the last thing I wanted to happen on this one.
