Smile I just hit 100k this week I have a 2005 supercab 5.4 XL.

I just hit 100k this week I have a 2005 supercab 5.4 XL. what the most effective service I should do to keep my truck running for another 100K?? I had a pretty much trouble free 100k. I just been changing worn out tires , do oil changes, lube changes and brake fluid changes. any comments out there?

I would get a new set of coils and change them along with the plugs. You can keep the old coils as spares. Have you been changing the tranny fluid every 30k? Do that if you have not and change the coolant. Welcome to the 100k club!!!!! Should be able to roll another 100k no problem.
