Angry 97 Expedition 4.6L (W) Po353

Just bought an Expy a few days ago and have been running into many problems, seems as soon as I eliminate 1 code i just get another. The most recent is the P0353 COde(Ignition Coil C primary/secondary circuit malf.), seems like no matter what I do it keeps coming back, already changed out both coil packs, due to a misfire problem, plugs(Autolite), and wires. I am at a loss as to what else to due, neither the solutions available on Identifix, Mitchells(what a joke), and AllData have helped. I am at a serious loss as to what else to try to do, so any ideas would greatly be appreciated.

Can't help with your spepcific problem but I have a 1998 Expedition XLT 4.6 with 170K miles starting to have many problems:

Do you use ALLDATA very much and is it worth the cost?

Make sure your connector at each coil pack is ok and the wires inside are secure. And look at each plug boot where they go into the plugwell they should be all seated the same there is a notch they should face the same way if correct. I have seen many where they weren't it causes problems.Good luck
