P0131 Heated O2 Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 1)

you did in fact change the front passenger side sensor right? did you drop the new sensor? check the connections. make sure theres no dirt or anything inside the connectors. check the harness to the o2 sensor.

P1131 Lack Of HO2S11 Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean

you gonna have to have the codes rechecked. if its the 1131 then check for any kind of vacuum leak.

possibly. how many miles? has it ever been tuned up? with what brand plugs? you can get a full set of 8 coils off ebay for 80 bucks(or less) from global or uneek. just type in dg508.
P0132 Heated O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
when the sensor puts out higher voltage(higher than .4v) then theres higher oxygen and in this case may be caused by the misfire possibly.

ok did you use dielectric grease? sounds like a coil gone bad. you can get them on ebay. i'd pull the plugs as well to see which one it may have been and then torque them down to 30ftlbs to prevent any blowouts and then put the new coils in.
