Exclamation Getting more power for the 4.6

I have an 2007 f150 with the 4.6 and already have TBS with intake and exhaust with the superchips< and now i'm looking for either turbo or supercharger and can't seem to find any. Does anybody know if either turbo or supercharger would fit on my engine????

I believe you can fit a supercharger for the '97-'03 4.6 with just a little modification.

Check out www.ststurbo.com for a remote mount turbo kit.

Yeah I'm actually locking up the rear end and I did my research and I belive 4.10 would be the best for me. I ordered a Eaton Posi LSD but I think I'll switch to the Eaton Detroit Tru Trac!!!But In the context I would rather go with a supercharger for my truck though!!!It's a small truck and I like the way it goes with the 4.6 and thing is I got double engine tranny and transercase soooo I'm good for a while just need forced induction or nitrous now!!!!!!Thnx though!!!!!

My 4r70w has over 200,000 miles and 90% of the first 165,000 were pulling a 8000lb 5th wheel.

They are tough tranny's IF maintained. Your best bet would be to get a decent after market valve body.

I have 4.10 gears in my truck. Huge difference from the OEM 3.55. You'll definitely notice. Especially with those big tires.

After doing a little bit of research, I'm 90% positive that an 03 Mustang GT supercharger will bolt on with no problems. The only catch is that you would have to relocate the intake on the passenger side instead of the driver side, unless our throttle bodies will bolt up to the blower. If you don't like taking $2000 gambles, you can always have a shop put a turbo in your truck. This is what I'll be doing MAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNYY years down the road.

timing covers and intake manifold will need to be swapped too, but yes its pretty close to a bolt on.

you can also get adapter plates and run the 5.4 intake manifold and slap a Lightning Eaton on it
