I have to figure out if adding that will help or restrict - It might not matter?

Well got the tensioner a few hours ago, along with some other goodies. This confirms that my other was wore pretty bad. This ones tight and it doesn't make a sound. -





I'm still waiting for the pulley's and brake lines.

BTW- I orded this stuff from Rock Auto Monday - I ordered UPS ground but it came Fedex today. That's some service!!!

Replacing idler pulley on 2003 F-150 V6

Looks like it takes a Torx wrench to take the idler pulley off. Can anyone tell me what size that would be,
