When I come to a stop (still in drive), my rpms only go down to 900-950... way too high, it sounds like I still have my foot on the gas. No other issues, just my rpms are too high while idling.

 

Check for vacuum leaks, stuck throttle plate, or IAC (if it has one).

 

No IAC, it has an electronic throttle. The throttle body may be dirty, causing sticking.

 

Last night I cleaned out my throttle body with carb cleaner careful not to touch anything but the throttle and I also cleaned the MAF sensor with the MAF sensor cleaner and replaced air filter. Drove this morning and it's still idling high when I come to a stop. It's stuck around 900-1000 rpms. Also, when I shift into any gear (still holding my brake and not accelerating) RPM's jump to 1000 and decrease slowly as I let go of brake.
