Low Idle, Bad run

Ok so i just got done rebuilding my 4.6 in my 97. i bored it 20 over and replaced the pistons, cam, valves, and reground the heads. yet ive been driving it for about a month now and it doesnt seem to be running right. the idle is at about 600-700 rpm and it shakes like no other. also when i accelerate it is very (skippy) its like the rpms are skipping as they go up rather than nice and smooth. Any ideas whats wrong?

did you get the timing chains back where they should be? Did you put stock cams in it?

you can't guess that just b/c you had someone else put on the timing chains that it was done right. you may have to go back and check yourself.
