I know this is an old post, but I may have the same problem with coolant leaking from a broken tube.

Does anyone think a copper to aluminum junction will cause corrosion electrolysis? I've used Penetrox for some residential Cu-Al repairs, but have no idea of this application in an automobile.

I hate to resurrect such an old thread but I have a question.

That coolant hose this thread talks about is on an aluminum intake I'm looking to purchase but my Excursion doesn't have the same tube on its intake...will this be an issue?
