97 F150 will not turn over

I couldn't find the one with pictures, someone documented taking apart the old multi-function switch & re-greasing with di-electric grease.

Dang. Nothing is rusting on my truck. Well, the exhaust manifolds have a little surface rust on them but.... Even my exhaust pipes are still shiny. Well, wherever they aren't caked with mud....

I'm planning on tearing into this when the weather warms up, for now I tilted my steering column up to the straight position (wife must have tilted it down) and it appears to function better.
