Throttle actuator/motor spring

05' F150 with a 4.6

Has anyone taken apart their throttle actuator/motor and had to reset the spring? I cleaned the throttle body and when I put the spring back and set the tension on it, it seems like the idle shoots way up when I first start the truck. It shoots up to like 2000rpm.
