F150 won't start

My 2001 F150 (5.4 triton) is turning over but will not fire. I have used my super tuner and got the OBDII code of P0230, which is: Fuel pump primary circuit malfumction. I have replaced the fuel pump relay, I have verified all fuses are good, I have checked the fuel safty shut off. I am getting fuel to the fuel rail, and have tested each of the injectors to ensure they are working. I am at a total loss at this point and need some advice on what direction I should head.

pull a COP out and see if it is firing. if u got fuel and pressure then only thing could be crank sensor not telling the injectors and coil when to fire

Start basic:

1) Does the CEL/SES come on for several seconds when the key is first turned on?

2) Does the fuel pump also run for 2 seconds or so at the same time?

3) have you measured the actual fuel pressure to be sure you have the mandatory minimum?

4) Do you have PATS and, if so, what is the THEFT light doing when attempting to start?

Are you sure the fuel pump doesnt need to be changed.

Yea , why wouldn't you check pressure? Check it to the the rail. Just to the basic test.

Or have you and you just forgot to mention it ?
