Replacing Injectors - or Cleaning?

I've found I have (at least) one very noisy injector, and since I have 210K+ on this truck, I'm considering changing all the injectors, rather than just the offending piece. Plus I've heard that injectors are usually a "matched set." True? Good idea?

Any chance that just running a port-style fuel-injector cleaner through could quiet this down?

If replacing, any 19# injector (Mustang, for instance) should work, correct?

Try running some injector cleaner maybe, but I'd replace all at the same time, they're usually cheap enough. They are stock @ 19pph, no need to go to 24 lb injectors.
