NEED HELP!! Truck Bogged down real bad
I have an 02 F-150 4.6 ltr
I have cleaned the throttle body and mass air flow sensor.
I undid my battery, then hooked it back up to reset the computer.
The truck drives like it should for a short while then goes right back to real sluggish and feels like its lost a lot of power, just feels very stiff
The engine isn't throwing any codes either
any suggestions?

Typically a "drive cycle" is either 3 days or 5 trips, whichever is first. The CEL won't come on until the computer has had ample time to try and fix the problem itself. Codes can be stores without the light being on as well, if the computer "suspects" a problem but hasn't had enough drive time to try and fix it.
So drive for a couple days, or make a couple trips and try to vary the driving as much as possible. Some town, some highway, some hard accelerations, ect. If the light still won't come on, try and pull codes anyway. If there are no codes, which I would think is highly unlikely. Cars now trip the light if someone farts too close to the air intake.
How exactly is it bogging? Are some cylinders cutting out(a loping or uneven exhaust note)? Could any brakes be dragging?

I changed the fuel filter last month, and I had the rotors turned two weeks ago.
From a dead stop to second gear feels like I'm literally pulling a 30ft boat, it feels like its lost power and the only way I can better describe it, is its real tight feeling doesn't have a smooth acceleration at all.
I went through all the vacuum lines to see if one was cracked or had a whole in it, the were all ok.

Did you service the rear brakes at the same time? Make sure they are not draging. They can swell if rubbing and then really drag because of the heat.
Codes don't tell it all! Your truck should drive fine as soon as you reconnect the battery. (drive cycles just fine tune the settings).
Could be clogged Injector/s, Check the air filter, drive shaft joints, axle?
