Alright. I've got an 06 F150 Scab w/4.6L 4X2 short bed with 9700 miles on it. I have noticed that my MPG is way below what others are getting, around 12-14, and that it idles fairly rough. I took it to the dealer for them to look at it and the said that the emission was off, but couldn't tell me lean/rich, and that they uploaded a different optimized factory tune on my pcm. Has anyone else had this problem or heard of this optimized factory tune?

I've got the 5.4 in my truck, but it was starting to have a little shudder at idle and seemed to have a tough time starting when it had been sitting for a little while. The solution ended up being removing and cleaning my mass airflow sensor. It seems it was getting a bad reading when there was little air flowing through it. My average MPG also went up by 2/10ths.
