I couldn't find a thread just for fuel systems.

I'm not familar with the design of the connectors on the fuel filters on my '04 F150 4.6 regular cab newer style STX.

I figured I need to replace the original fuel filter after 40,000 miles and discovered I don't know how to disconnect the lines at the filter.

Do I need a special tool?
