97 f150 4.2 won't start, turned over and stopped. it's not hydrolocked

Man i'm getting sick of this truck

Just got it back together a month ago from a hydrolock, wanting to go home from work this am, went to start the motor, it spun a couple of times and stopped, when i turn the key not even a click, good lights, radio.

I checked all the plugs for a/ freeze to make sure it's not another hydrolock.

The starter and battrey was replaced a month ago.

I have had the little red battery light on for a while but the battery test good for a charge.
Can a rebuilt starter crap out that soon?
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advanced
Bill

First, since it's easiest, try another battery. That little red light means you're not charging adequately. Once running, you should be able to read around +14VDC at the positive terminal of the btty. if the alternator is working well. If not, you need to see what else could be wrong.
