Exclamation Cylinder 3 Missfire

DANGIT...Another one! Two months ago I had cylinder # 7 missfire...now I was running to the hockey rink...when I noticed it was kida shivering. So I ran my edge to check DTC's, came up w/ P0303 Cylinder 3 Missfire. Now my dad is blaming the Edge!! Even though it wasn't even on my truck when #7 was acting up. What do I do...Why does this truck keep having missfires??
~Phil
P.S. I am a little angry right now so I'm just ranting and raving...I just wanna find out what the cause of all this could be. Its a 4.6 w/ 68 k

I always recommend when a misfire is #3 to check the performance of the EGR. It possibly could be stuck open or sticking open.
