Question on dealer service/ plugs and coil

Had to get my truck fixed ASAP so took it to the dealer. Looking at my bill and have a question. Should you be charged a lot of labor to replace a coil pack if they are already charging you to replace the plugs?

Plugs $60
Labor on plugs $154
Coil Pack $92
Labor on coil $144

From what I understand you pretty much have the coil pack in your hand already if you have to replace the plugs. Why is there another $144 in labor? Should there be another big labor charge? Is this normal? It was a Blue Oval Ford dealer (or whatever their top quality nomenclature is for dealers). Didn't get the itemized invoice until after I paid so didn't know what I had paid for.

The reason it was in was because it was bucking/stuttering/shuddering in overdrive. I knew it was going to cost to do the plugs and while I could do it myself it just seemed like a good idea to have it done now since I have a long trip next week.

Ford dealer double dipped on you. Good luck on calling them on it.
