heater troubles, damn is it cold!
need help with a heater replacement part, not sure what tech name is. accuenter or something???

Can you share some for information. IE year engine etc

Any thing is better than nothing

4.2 liter 2wd, heater not blowing hot air, just cold, blower works, plenty water in rad, not over heating but when i start up, slight mist of something rising outta def vent

You have a blend door not moving to the heat position. Go to Ford parts counter and they have a kit. If you have never removed the dash before, it is a big job! Labor intensive.

Sounds core related to me. Do you have antifreeze odor in the cab? Or could be a resistor or something on the temp control?

blend door / is there such thing as a heater accuator box???
