Basically the same heads and the cam profiles are the same. All NON 'P.I' cam profiles are the same and all 'P.I' cam profiles are the same.
Romeo heads at least have enough threads to hold the spark plugs in.
Oh, and lets see some cam timing adjustment with crap Windsor pressed on cam gears. HA!

Just my opinion but it putting a mustang 4.6L in your truck isn't really worth doing, Get a 5.4L to drop in

sorry about the post earlier. It is not an aluminum block, that was my mistake.
I want the 4.6 because I want a v8 but I also want better than 11 mpg.

HI!... Then get a 5.4. My 5.4 gets 21.3MPG and it's well over 400H.P at the flywheel and I have 4.10 gears.

HI!... ROMEO and WINDSOR heads have the same 4 thread plug holes. I have a set of ROMEO heads here and they only have 4 threads per plug hole. Proper cam timing is done through tuning.

A nice kit for your truck (not a mustang)- Procharger.com http://www.procharger.com/TRUCK_SUV/truck_suv.shtml

Troyer also has a great kits , that come with everything .. http://www.troyerperformance.com/cgi...link=storelist

If you go with a cheaper lightning blower - this is the place to get the installation kit - http://www.madenterprise.com/scparts.htm
