HI!... The only reason for the different part #'s is that the MUSTANG got ROMEO heads and the truck 4.6's got the WINDSOR heads unless you were unfortunate to get a ROMEO 4.6 in your truck. Anyway the ROMEO heads have a different valve cover bolt pattern than the WINDSORS and the ROMEO heads have a girdle that goes over the cams. Basically the same heads and the cam profiles are the same. All NON 'P.I' cam profiles are the same and all 'P.I' cam profiles are the same.
Oh, and lets see some cam timing adjustment with crap Windsor pressed on cam gears. HA!
