my 2003 F150 XLT won't start

I have a 2003 F150 XLT with a 5.4. Turns over but won't start. There is no power at the fuel pump relay or the PCM relay. Got a code reader and it says "link errror". I was told to replace the PCM, I did and it still wont' start, code reader still says "link error". The engine turns over fine but it's not getting any fuel. I see the "theft light" flashing dimley on the dash. Can anyone think of what could possible be the problem.

You replaced the PCM before checking fuses?

Well, it sure has hell isn't the PCM. Most likely, you lost the power to the PCM. Check the PCM Power Relay and associated fuses first. Put the old PCM back in because, now, even if you get the thing to power up, properly, PATS will need to be re-programmed. as it will PREVENT the engine from starting now.
