New 2006 F150 Lariat idling rough

I just recently purchase a 2006 F150 back in Sept and notice that the engine runs somewhat rough. It's like it idles smooth with occasional hiccups in it. This can really be felt when first crank in the morning and it seems to settle down a bit after it warms up but I can still feel it. Is this common with this ford engine? It's a 5.4 v8. I'm going to take it back to the dealer but was wondering if anybody might know what could be causing this?

Thanks,
Mike

It's (somewhat) normal. The frame design is so stiff that it transfers vibrations and noises into the cab that'd be ambient in "lesser" designs. The very lean operating characteristics of the 5.4 3V also causes a rougher idle.
