I have a 4.6l in my 2006. So far the onlt thing that I have done so far is add a magnaflow catback system (66612) siso. I don't have any numbers on perf gain, how ever you can tell the difference. Also sounds good.............
I think my next upgrade will be a intake. Kinda looking at the new Fram boost. Just waiting to see what the guys have to say about it.
