Rough idle 06 99K

Howdy everyone!
I'm back with an 06 F150 king ranch 3V 5.4L V8. I've had this truck roughly 3 years now without any issues and now, here they come.

So here's what happened.

Came off the highway and she randomly stalled out. When going in a parking lot, she stalled again. And I've noticed at red lights, she idles rough. It feels like a misfire.

Code finally came up with cylinder 8 misfire. Replaced the coil with a motor-craft coil, along with all new motor-craft 1 piece spark plugs (to avoid any future headaches).

So now she's idling rough, feel like it wants to stall almost. She drives fine, but when I come to a stop, she hesitates.

Based on this information, and the video I've provided below, what are your alls thoughts? Thank you for your input!

Motorcraft doesn't have 1 piece plugs - exactly what did you put in? Did you change the boots? Did you use dielectric grease?

Thank you for the reply. I apologize, it was the two-piece SP515 spark plug.

I did use grease when installing the new plug.

I'd change the boots. Boot and spring kits aren't expensive.

Rock auto have them? So I don't need to replace the top part? Interesting.

That tick you hear in the video, is that a normal noise? Lifters?

Cam phasers. Have you been using 5w20 oil and a decent filter, changing it often?

Rockauto.com has boot and spring kits.

Springs & Boots ordered.

Yes, I've been running 5w20 in her with a motorcraft filter. How often is often in your eyes?
