P1154 isn't a valid code, I think you mean P1152. Bank 2 is trying to correct for an overly rich condition, you'll probably have long term fuel trims on that bank trying to take out a lot of fuel, like 10-12% if not more. I won't tell you to throw an O2 sensor on it just yet, but inspect your wiring at the upstream O2 sensor on bank 2 (driver's side), make sure it isn't chafed or frayed against anything, or that the wiring isn't tangled up as if someone tried to remove the sensor without disconnecting the connector first. Of course, check the basics, no unmetered air leaks after the mass air flow sensor, EGR's working properly, PCV system is working properly (check the PCV tube where it runs around from the passenger's side valve cover and connects to the rear of the throttle body), no sticking or leaking injectors and such. If visually everything looks okay, you may need an O2 sensor.
