Who is in the 200,000 mile club?

I just bought a 97 F150 4.6 and was wondering the same thing(I even post the same question in the wrong forum) I paid 2600.00 for and it has 192,000 miles with the original engine. The trans has been rebuilt and a new rear. This makes me feel a lot better seeing other high mileage trucks out there. I saw someone on the internet claiming over 500,000.

Right now it's in storage while I'm in the presently wet deserts of Kuwait and Iraq.
Just a few more months and I'll be on leave and I'll get to do this

Always good to hear from some of our soldiers......
My buddy is finishing up his 2nd tour in Iraq (Army 3rd armored cav.). Just before he left, he rolled his brand new '05 f150 reg. cab down the side of a mountain in Colorado ....he plans on getting another new one as soon as he gets back, lol

Original water pump, power steering pump, and (check this out) front brake pads all lasted over 200,000 miles before replacement.
I think I got my money's worth.

My 93 F150 4.9L 5spd 4x4 has 222k miles on it and it is my daily driver. My dad bought it in 96 with 80k on it, and I bought it from him last summer with 218k on it. Only wear items have been replaced. Engine, tranny, and t-case have never been rebuilt.
Even the original R12 A/C had it's factory charge until last summer!
This truck and my 157k 94 Ranger are the reason I believe Ford trucks are the toughest trucks on the road!
