discount IAC's on ebay !!!
 

I just found a pretty good deal on e-bay. This fella is selling 20 new Ford IAC's for $15 each. I am pretty sure that these sell for $70 from ford. Just wanted to let you guys know in case you want to throw a new one on, I got one for myself. Here is the info from ebay:

The IAC part # for my '98 5.4 is CX-1857. The one he is selling is CX-1867.

If you go to motorcrafts website it will tell you if this one is compatible for your specific engine. It says that it will fit mine (2000 F150 5.4 VIN code L)
I hope that it will fit mine, now you have me worried! LOL
I will double check it tomorrow...

they will work on either one.. the old ones were spring loaded the new ones are just a gear and electric motor both work but the older ones on the 97-98's laster longer has more mechanical operation to em then electronic
