HI!... All "99" to "03" (some "04" Heritage) "P.I" heads are the same, LIGHTNING or regular F-150.Should be a easy find. I have a set but will not seperate. Complete from cams to valves.

Why replace the entire head? Is it so damaged that you cannot install inserts? This would be much cheaper.

Cheap?

I don't think that you understand... You drive a lightning and you are asking for cheap heads? C'mon now just to own a lightning you shelled out ten grand more than for a regular F-150 (and that is a low estimate) so that being the case if you find one I wouldn't be too picky about price. I'm not trying to be a royal *** but seriously... you are contradicting yourself. AND I understand the urgency of wanting your truck back together, I have my baby torn apart right now too, but quit being so demanding in the respect of replies from the other posters on this site. Remember, NOONE HERE HAS TO HELP YOU!!! That being said your best, most cost efficient route might be to go with an OEM performance head (or something of that nature) with a little more aggresive cam, that would most likely keep you from having the problem with too much boost again. To run it though you would need to Replace or possibly re-flash your ECU (I don't know that you could make the current ECU work by using a Flash tuner but I'm sure Mike Troyer at Troyer Performance could answer that question) I know all of that equals more money but if you are already blowing plugs because of too much boost then I think your only logical step is to increase the performance of your valves and cams. If you have that much pressure on your plugs you have just as much pressure on the rest of your valve train. Just my thoughts take it for what its worth.

They dont have inserts. But the heads are aluminum, and the spark plugs usually have steel threads, which is not a good combination.

first, I know that lightning parts in general arent cheap, so by me saying cheap, I know that means aither right at or over a grand, but whatever it takes. I already have an upgraded crower cam setup in the truck, but i also did a boost bypass that put about 22 pounds or so when it was only runnin bout 10 to 15 before and thats max, so it just blew. So, like i originally said, if anyone has the parts available, let me know and we can chat a bit.
