WrongdayJ VS. Talleywacker
DAMN.... Losts of responses already. Ok here goes:
1. WrongdayJ is 100% correct. No manuals in the lightning because ford cannot economically produce a transmission that can handle the torque output of the supercharged 5.4
2. ABOUT TIME wrongday J realizes the comments I've been making about the auto vs 5-spd
3. No secrets need to be kept. I've got an estimated price on a T3/T4 Hybrid Innercooled Turbo Kit for our trucks. I'm halfway through R&D. Kit will be available in near future. DO NOT ask me how long as this is real tough to say. Prices should be within a 20 - 25% above that of a supercharger kit.
Bet you guys didn't know that.

I hear 5-Spd's run better with a supercharger

Icon: I hear the auto runs pretty nice with the supercharger..
Seriously, though Talley- I know you've lightnend your truck some, but is there a plan to further lightnen your truck? With that much power, even the M5OD will crap out eventually at that weight. We used to have to lighten the CRAP out of our Mustangs to keep T-5's from cracking the cases and bellhousings.
Just curious. . .
