Before I take my truck in I wanted to check here to see if there was anyone else with experience with something loose under the hood.

I noticed it after returning from an 8 hour trip but there was nothing strange that occurred and it wasn't driven hard, so I have no idea what happened! It's a 2001 with less than 9000 miles on it! The noise sounds metal on metal- it's not constant nor when idling but really vibrates from 30-40mph.

I've been trying to figure out what it is and it's definitely got to be under the hood but nothing I've checked has helped.

Suggestions are welcome, I would rather not go without my truck for a few days!
