Header Size

I have a 2004 F150 Heritage with a 4.2 L V6. is the header size the same as the header size on the 3.8 L V6 found on the Mustang?

3.8 headers look like they will fit, but what's the point? You would need a custom exhaust behind them.

From what I recall, there are fitment issues.

I think it interferes with the cross member support.
