motor swap

I have a 1998 F150 4.2 v6. could i fit a built ford mustang 5.0 motor in my engine bay? & would i need new wiring harness/what all would i need?

The first two things you would need is an expert mechanic and a lot of money

If you are talking about an old pushrod 5.0, it physically fits better, but you still have electrical issues. It also doesn't have much more power than your 4.2 unless it's heavily modified.
