loss power

My v6 all of a sudden loss power ,I can't pull into the driveway forward,I had to back in?
any help would be appreciated!
I have changed the tps,the coil pack.the plugs and wires, the fuel filter, the cam sensor and the cam syncronizer, the crank sensensor ,these all except for plugs and wires had 390 miles on them!
the engine has 100k since the new block from the zone.
I am at a loss but do you think it would be the MAF? thats one thing I haven't changed it has 390k also. thanks

What model and year is your truck? 2wd or 4wd? Automatic or manual transmission?

Check for OBD2 codes. Check the cats and exhaust for blockage. A MAF wouldn't cause anything this drastic. Unplug the MAF (AFTER you read the codes, this will trip a code) and see if it makes a difference. Make sure your brakes aren't dragging.

Buy a code reader, they are a LOT cheaper that throwing parts at it blindly.

Amazon Amazon

I'd also test the fuel pressure. You should be able to rent/borrow a fuel pressure gauge from a parts store.

Something is wrong if you have gutted cats and no CEL, you should be throwing a P0420 and P0430. The CEL may be burned out. (Note, you have 4 cats)

Not exactly blindly all these parts had 390k miles ,they were original to the vehicle 19 years old with all those miles it was time to replace them. I have had that truck for 17 yrs and put all but the first 100k on it! I thought about a reader but I also have other things on my plate! I already changed the fuel pump also. One other thing a have never had a check engine light so I don't know if that reader would help! thank you for your insight
update I ordered that scanner thank you for your kindness
