Go for it Dewser! It'll make me as proud as my folks would have been if I had gone thru college and gotten another piece of paper saying I can do something!

NOTE: Not taking anything away from those folks that get a college degree and use it and actually learned something in the process! I do wish I had been able to get that piece of paper myself, but it just wasn't in the cards for me..

Oh, my folks are very proud of me because I have made a very decent life for ME..

I came into this thread all set to explain to the OP what was going on. Instead, he had to go runnin' his mouth and talkin' bad about us folks that went to school to drive trains. So now I'll reply in kind and tell this mouthy (more than likely a Millennial based on his sense of inflated self worth and entitlement) bastard my other response which is, quit being so lazy and read the owners manual what you're seeing is clearly described in there.

Now, go back to Charm School since it is abundantly clear you either dropped out or failed.

OP also has poor reading comprehension - he posts this in the V-6 Engines forum? Even I, who dropped out of college after the first semester and joined the Navy, know enough to pose a question like this in either the Other Powertrain forum or the 2009-2014 Truck forum. I don't see any way that the engine can cause shuddering in the chassis or drivetrain only in 4wd.

Hey OP - how does it feel being the target of the day? That bullseye really stands out on your forehead!

EDIT: What are your 2 master's degrees in anyway - law and political science? You are sure acting like it.

Ima gonna bet he is furiously typing on his iDevice to his other Millennial friends about how people on the internet are so mean and don't treat him like the special snowflake that he is.

I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express a long time ago when I was in Rome, GA, so can't get much more hillbilly than that!

Wow... this thread took such a fast left turn that I bet it was SHUTTERING all over the place... kinda like the OP's truck when he cruises around the mall parking lot in 4WD on a sunny day!

Now - either stop driving your truck in 4WD on hardball like a teenager who got his license through Sears, or take it back to the dealership.

Jack it still really bothers you that you weren't not hugged much as a kid and not respected by your coworkers. I bet Janet has been faking it all these years and just finally told you that you're not much of a man. So to feel accepted, you hide behind a computer to lash out at others. I bet you don't run that smart mouth to someone's face do you? I would be giddy like a kid Christmas morning for you to talk like this to me in person.

Sorry I did not bring milk and cookies to this forum. You do not have much of a life to sit on top of a computer on a Saturday snd run that mouth.

Oh and while we are comparing our manhood, how about two Master's degrees here and not a socially awkward misfit like you.

Please don't think you are upsetting me. My mouth is bigger and smarter than yours. I can go at this all day. So in between my productive afternoon, I will occasionally stop to engage in conversation with you so you don't kill yourself.

Oh and no home school millenial here. Don't beieve in the ***** society we are raising today. But you can't have kids so you wouldn't know. I have some good seeds for Janet. Unlike they bad ones your father used with your mother. Sorry you were an accident and never really wanted.

QUOTE=JackandJanet;5135081]Sorry, I'm not an English professor or even an English major. I'm an aerospace engineer and computer scientist by training. But, part of learning engineering was learning to communicate.

Now that I've said that, follow MGD's advice. Take the truck to your dealer. It should still be under warranty and they should fix it!

Edit: I should acknowledge that I've been reacting to "shutter" as if it was a noun. People are using it on this site as a verb, which it also is. "To shutter" means to "close up". So, if the back end of your truck is closing up, then you have correctly described your problem.

[/QUOTE]

You do realize you are making your chances for someone helping you less and less right? And insulting most of the people who would be more able to figure out your problem is leaving you to more vague suggestions to fix this. If you really were smarter than jack, you would have realized right away that you may as well try another forum or try your luck at the dealership since you already burned the bridge before you crossed it..... and in a near Darwin award fashion I might add.

In case anyone's wondering, I've left this thread open and in place as an example of how NOT to conduct oneself in a public forum. Had bdeaton attacked anyone other than me, in the way he did, he would have disappeared in a heartbeat.

Still, I suspect he has crawled off into a hole to lick his wounds. I doubt we'll be hearing much from him in the future.

It's one of the things I appreciate about this forum. You guys keep it headed in the right direction with very little help from the Moderators.

Sincere thanks!

- Jack
