Regarding my idle problem.... My idle problem would only occure just as you started to press the throttle and then would run fine almost everytime.

My problem turned out to be a bad cam position sensor. The dealership had my truck for two days, I paid for a few hours of diagnostics, then they replaced my spark plugs with the new updated plugs and then tried to clean my fuel injectors with a cleaner injection on the fuel rail. I ended up paying $368 for this repair.
