I spent 3 years at Ft. Hood, and made some frequent visits to College Station. I met my wife down there (class of '99), and I tease her that there is not an Aggie alive who cannot help but plaster A&M bumper stickers on their vehicles. Don't you agree? I wouldn't say it was a bad thing, just an observation. A little school spirit never hurt anyone.

Have a Shiner at the Chicken for me, we can't get it up here in the Midwest.

It's very true. Before I got my F-150, I drove a lifted chevy silverado. It had 5, yes count em....5 A&M stickers on it. I always walk through the parking lots at school and look for that one car without any stickers on it. They are few and far between. Hell, school spirit is what A&M is all about. I've got a headache, so it's a good time to down a few shiners.

Been loving A&M since my sister graduated from there in 92 and gonna keep on loving it even though our traditions are fading away a little bit.

You're missing out on the shiner!!!

I live in north Austin... just graduated from UT 2 weeks ago, i'll be here for at least two more years getting my master's in aerospace... originally from Houston.

--- there are way too many aggies on this board... actually i understand why, because most Longhorns are a bunch of tree hugging hippies that wouldn't be caught dead in a pickup truck. that about all atm has on our school. Hook 'em

Panic,

Give me a holler when you want to pick on some rice burners. I'm more than game. I'm usually heading over that way on my way to Houston on the weekends.

And I wish those damn Aggies would stop using this thing as a reunion...

Why must students from UT always start with this? This post originated in Austin with someone trying to find other people in the area to hook up with. Then you complain,
<font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">"And I wish those damn Aggies would stop using this thing as a reunion..."</font>
Then you quote a football score for some reason unknown to me. We've beat you guys, you've beat us I really don't give a crap.
A&M is all about school spirit and pride, so what do you expect if you start bashing A&M on a M-board full of aggies? I'm just sick of it on the ESPN boards and I thought we wouldn't have this crap here. Aggies think longhorns suck, longhorns think aggies suck...deal with it.

Oh yeah, now that i'm done with that...Nate I think i'm about to make a mistake, but it's gonna be "interesting." I'm putting a pair of repainted z-28 tips and flowmaster delta flow 40 series si/do on my truck this summer. I think it's gonna turn out to look cool, but if not i'm just gonna put some slashed 18x3" truck tips on. Wish me luck
