It's a hose, and that's all I know.

the only part i see is right of your red circle and thats the egr valve its about 35-50 bucks.

if you are talking about directly behind the black wire mounted to throttle body then that would be your throttle position sensor 30-45 bucks i think

where does the hose go to in each direction? Anything leaking out of it? Looks like maybe a big vacuum hose, like one that goes to the brake booster.
