I'm betting that you will waste gas, foul your spark plugs, and put unnecssary wear and tear on the drivetrain.

Then come back and complain about some P code that pops up.

When I put my truck on the dyno. I changed the oil, replaced the fuel filter and cleaned my air filter. The only thing the tuner told me to change was the fuel filter, but the other stuff won't hurt.

I like doing under 2,000 rpms in my truck... it's quiet, efficient, and impresses me.

170/230 sounds possible. I make a little less but I've got a tired motor/tranny (auto).

Another question- what gear would be the best? The dyno owner will be at the helm for the pulls but I'd imagine I have to tell him which gear to use for the roll

150/210...
what they had me do before getting on, verify my 93 performance tune was running, new fuel filter, clean air filter, verify if my plugs were the correct ones for my particular setup and that they were gapped properly, oil level where it should be, no obvious issues with the engine/tranny etc...and NO nails or rocks in the back tires....they supposedly hurt when shooting off the tires...
