ok i did it today! My truck hesitates BAD if i jump on it to pass someone.

It doesnt slip but jumps all the way up to 4000+ rpms... is this a 4.2 trait or is there something wrong?

Punch it out of OD before you nail it to pass. The 4R70W doesn't like to do a 4-2 downshift.

Yeah it just seams like all my shifts are HARD and drawn out if im actually DRIVING it.

But i will definitely give that a try... so right before I pass someone turn off OD? Then after it down shifts turn it back on?
