'03 F150 4.2 plug wire removal ?
I'm embarassed to ask- but is there a trick to removing the 3 wires from the firewall bracket ?

Unless I find a double jointed midget with long fingers in my tool box, I'm taking it to the shop

A long screw driver makes the one all the way in the back easier to get.
