Short shifter?

Anybody ever found a short shifter for these trucks? I hate the long throw. Might be able to move the thing a bit better if I could get into gear quicker.

Edit: Troyer carries one for 97-03... what about for NBS trucks?

troyer has the hurst billet shifters but there were 3 or 4 up for grabs on ebay for about 150 troyers are priced at 215.00,...
