Question 2016 2.7 ecoboost oil Filter removal w/out draining oil
2016 2.7 ecoboost. Can I remove the oil filter without draining the oil pan or will excess oil flow out? I need to replace one of the oil filter o-rings but had to get the truck back up and running first...

No problem. Just as much is going to come out as if the pan is empty. Do it after it's been shut down for a few hours.
