Fair price on Intake repairs

I know there is a ton on this board regarding the subject of failed lower intake seals on the 4.2, but I just wanted to get an idea if the price I just paid for repairs was fair.
Took it to the ford dealership with the classic coolant loss symptoms. They diagnosed the problem as lower intake gasket leakage. They also advised replacing the valve cover gaskets due to slight oil seepage.
They replaced upper and lower intake gaskets, new thermostat and gasket, Both valve cover gaskets, new coolant and an oil change. The total with tax was 788.00. Any body have an opinion from experience if this is fair for the amount of work completed? Thanks! Jim

In November 2002 I paid just over $470.00 to Ford for my gasket replacement, oil change, coolant, fuel filter, and a rotation and balance. I thought that was a fair price.Besides,I had the extra money to have it done instead of me doing it.
