I've got a 1998 E150 Van. Will my chrome wheels fit on a 2006 E150 van? Thanks

Smile My F-150 milestone 240K and more coming

Hi all,
Just thought I would let you all know that I have one of the good ones in the V-6 F-150 SC, I think they built this LESS the Vodka and in the middle of the week. HAHA!! Granted I have had minor problems through the years but nothing to bad. Parts do wear out but this engine still has the spunk from when I bought it in late 97. It's titled a 98. I just broke the 240K mile mark on it a few days ago and it looks like there is going to be alot more put on it. I have threatend to trade it in for a new one but I figure since it still runs great and it's PAID FOR!!! I'll just keep it for awhile.

Thinking of buying a new one but WOW! Purchased mine for 17,500 which I thought was crazy.. Now the exact same truck with either 5.0 v/8 or 2.4 v/6 turbo is 34,000.

I bought my '07 F150 4x2 4.2l v6 with 5 spd brand new for $19,500. It originally had 3 miles on it, until I test drove it for half hour by myself and put 17 on it before buying it.

In a few years I'm looking to get a new truck (F350 PSD 4x4), but gosh, the price is insane... $55k for a regular cab 4x4 F350 work truck... The killer is the $$ of the engine. But after driving a few of them in that config, I fell in love.

Getting back to the F150, I only 67k on it. I don't drive it much, especially when gas was high. I used my Jeep Compass that gets 30-32 mpg, which is now creeping toward 300k miles... bought that new with 7 miles on it...

I got a 2000 Dakota that my dad bought and it's a gem, no rust, and only used during the summers. Got the v8, 5 speed, 4x2 with the big heavy duty axle geared in 3.91 with a L/S. Thing can roast tires all the way to 4th.

Tempted to private sale the Jeep, and use that money towards a new truck, but the fathoming question is: Do I really need 3 pickup trucks? lol

The kid inside me says, "hell yea!"... but in reality is like... no... haha
