Exclamation Borla Exhaust now for 4.2L V-6!

Posted under exhause, but thought it would be helpful here also!
Check it out, under the borla new products it says they now have an exhaust that will fit the 4.2L v-6! I guess its like the gibson because it says it fits all the engines so its universal to the F-150. This may be something to try, its listed at 500. Here is the link! http://www.borla.com/new.products/?...54165.24.50.179
What do you think?? Im thinking of trying it myself!

you can get a full cat-back from Gibson for under 300 and it works as good if not better!

Borla is stainless steel. Gibson is aluminized. That's why the Borla is more $$.

JnBmx, so you've heard the 3 systems on the 4.2? How do you know what sounds the best? Do you have some sound clips you can share with us? Also different types sound different on the same engine. Ex. Duals will be louder than just the single swept side. Cats, pipe set-up, headers, are also a factor in sound....Just making the point that sound will vary depending on application and setup. I haven't heard the other two but I'm willing to bet all single swept side's are pretty close to the same, usually really quiet on our 4.2's. I origanally wanted a loud system, but wasn't willing to sacrifice power to get it.
