A runoff is unnecessary. The True, Elegant and Proper way to break in a new Sponsor is to Award the first-place prize to BOTH contestants -as they BOTH won.

To do anything else is - and I'll be blunt (and I'm NEVER blunt, right?) - a Travesty and detracts from the accomplishments of Both 1st-Place finishers.

Hopefully - said Sponsor will reflect and extend and do the Right Thing. This IS a Unique result - and Deserves a Unique award solution to Recognize and Celebrate same.

Send me contact info - I Will contribute monetarily to the Awards for Each Gentleman. They more than deserve it - I am Very, Very proud of them both.

Anyone with me? PM me.

For Shame, F150Online.... Conspiracy indeed.

I hear ya.

Just seems a bit odd to me is all. I get placing a vote for a truck you like, but why even vote especially against yourself in a contest that you are in.

By the way this has nothing to do with any of that conspiracy crap numnuts was talking about. I was just curious as to your thought process on it is all.

To both of you and good luck.

I meant to log in and vote the other day but some storms made this difficult. Glad I didn't or we would not have this kind of excitement. My votes in but good luck to both

I agree with MGD. As MGD and I said (and I'm sure there are many more who'd agree), BOTH of these guys are winners.

Typically, I'm not a 'no losers' kinda feller, but honestly I can't see how either of these guys should lose (i.e. second place, i.e. first loser). There was a reason these two were neck-and-neck the whole way. Although they're going with completely different looks, they're equally outstanding in their own rights.

As MGD properly stated, extraordinary and unique results call for extraordinary and unique awards.

So yep, I'm with ol' MGD!

Jim, some of us are just saying (we feel) BOTH deserve the top prize since it is a historic TIE and are hoping the Sponsors would agree. Sad to see it get all blown out

Just throwing this out there: Would it be anyway possible that both guys get TOTM honors (Since technically both are winners), then whoever wins this tie breaker recieve the prize from autoanything?

How about neither of them win and you pick a completely random truck from the site and declare them the winner.
