A 97 2 wheel drive automatic was brought into a major car repair shop for new shocks.we got a call from the shop telling us the car would not shift out of park.We have had no problems with this and they DROVE it into the shop and put it on the lift to change the shocks. They said they are not responsible for the problem it was just bad timing. 2 questions -Could they done anything to cause this problem and how can we deal with the repair shop that dosn't accept blame?
