Flushing Cooler Lines

Flushing Cooler Lines
I was wondering if I could use CO2 to flush the cooler lines? I don't have any compressed air. I thought about using the CO2 cartridges that I have to inflate my bicycle tires. Anyone see any issues with this approach?
